Initial Evaluation
CBT
Collaborative

During an initial evaluation, the patient and provider will discuss treatment goals and a plan for achieving them.

We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help patients develop personal coping strategies in order to solve problems and change unhealthy patterns.

In our collaborative approach, the BMED program coordinates care with other Mass General providers involved in the patient’s care.
